Music Save Me provides a limited refund policy. The following are the detailed refund conditions:
Full Refund Conditions
You may apply for a full refund only when both of the following conditions are met simultaneously:
- Time Condition: Apply for refund within 7 days after purchasing credits
- Usage Condition: Your remaining credits must be greater than 90% of the purchased credits
Refund Explanation
- Meeting Conditions: When both conditions above are met simultaneously, we will provide a full refund
- Not Meeting Conditions: If either condition is not met, no refund will be provided
- Credit Calculation: Remaining credits include all unused purchased credits, excluding daily check-in credits and sign-up bonus credits

Processing Time
- Review Time: 1-3 business days after receiving application
- Refund Time: 5-10 business days to original payment method after approval
- Notification Method: Email notifications about refund progress
Special Situation Handling
Technical Issues
For the following technical issues, we may provide additional refunds or credit compensation:
- Service unavailable for extended periods due to platform issues
- Serious AI music generation feature malfunctions
- Incorrect credit deductions due to system errors
Violation of Usage Policy
No refunds will be provided in the following situations:
- Usage behavior violating Terms of Service
- Malicious credit farming or abuse of the credit system
- Account banned for generating prohibited content
Refund Limitations
General Limitations
- Limited number of refunds per account to prevent policy abuse
- Refunds for discounted credit packages will be calculated at the discounted purchase price
- For credits purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store), refund policies follow the respective platform's policies
Credit Validity
- Expired credits are not included in refund calculations
- Credits continue normal usage and expiration during the refund application period
