• The intellectual property rights to AI-generated music compositions, arrangements, and audio outputs we generate belong to musicsave.me, subject to applicable licensing terms outlined herein.

User-Generated Content and Music Rights

• Your Prompts: You retain ownership of the text prompts and creative inputs you submit.
• AI-Generated Music: Music generated through our platform may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes under your account. Commercial licensing is available through applicable subscription tiers.
• Third-Party Content: Do not submit prompts that incorporate copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Music Save Me:

Termination
